c: <br />RE'GULA'R MEETING <br />- MARCH 20, 1933. <br />Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Yonday, <br />March 20, 1933. <br />I,Zeeting called to order by Yr. C. A. Budd at 9:15 o'clock <br />A.Y. All members present. <br />Minutes of last regular meeting read and appm ved. <br />Bills in the amount of $55.16, bearing requisition numbers <br />as follows, were approved: <br />05981 05989 2/25/33 - Dr. E.E.Johnston. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />On recommendation of Chief John B. Kuespert, motion was made <br />by 11r. Gadacz, seconded by Mr. Trost, and unanimously carried <br />that the special police commission issued to Bert Froste, <br />February 20, 1933, be revoked and cancelled effective this <br />day. <br />The Board instructed Chief Kuespert to have the car- markers <br />make special effort to tag cars parked over time around the <br />Post Office. <br />Application of Richard E. Hanley, Jr., was examined, approved <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />Special police commissions issued to Harry Baker on Yarch <br />22, 1930, and Clarence Miller on November 12, 1931, were <br />cancelled effective this day, at their own request. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Chief Roy A. Knoblock reported the activities of his depart- <br />ment for the past week. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT <br />William F. Qualls, Superintendent, presented weekly time <br />sheets for the past week which were approved and ordered <br />filed. <br />WEIGHTS and I' EAS 7RES DEPARTMENT <br />We report of City Sealer, Chas.
