Ruespert was not present at this meeting owing <br />to illness. <br />-- ,-,,The Board discussed the probability of purchasing Police <br />Radio System. After discussing it in detail, the Board <br />unanimously agreed to appear before the CoWon Council to <br />request that they appoint a committee to work with the <br />Board of Public Safety in making a survey. <br />Applications of John J. Dombrowski and John Vigh, Jr., were <br />approved and ordered placed on file. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Chief Roy A. Knoblock reported on the activities of his <br />department and informed the Board that the Rookne automo- <br />bile purchased by him was painted and ready for service. <br />Application of John J.
