We replace <br />computer systems on a four-year rotation. This year we are replacing machines acquired in <br />2014. <br />Financing is yet to be determined. For this reason, I am including two Agenda Item Review <br />Request forms: <br />+ Historically the City's Large Equipment Lease has been financed over five years. Finance <br />is currently determining if equipment can be financed over four years. If it is <br />determined that the equipment can be financed for four years through the City's 2018 <br />Q1 Large Equipment Lease, we will do so. <br />+ If it is determined that we can NOT finance the equipment for four years through the <br />City's 2018 Q1 Large Equipment Lease, we will finance through our HP Master Lease <br />Agreement #5245088229 as we have for the last four years. <br />Thank you for your consideration, <br />Sue Gerlach <br />
