This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 5 pages, referred to <br />in and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated May 9, 2018. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 -- OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A at Lump Sum Method of <br />Payment (LSUM) other than services identified as Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment not <br />to exceed (HNTE). The total shall not exceed $288,400.00 unless an amendment is executed which <br />increases the maximum amount payable. <br />B. Compensation: <br />1. An amount of $234,400.00 for Primary Work Elements based on the following: <br />a. Site Survey $ 4,000.00 (LSUM) <br />b. Geotechnical Services $16,700.00 (LSUM) <br />c. Architectural Design $49,500.00 (LSUM) <br />d. Engineering Services $164 200.00 LSUM <br />Total LSUM Amount: $234,400.00 (LSUM) <br />2. An amount of $15,000,00 for Primary Work Elements based on the following: <br />a. Permitting $15,000.00 HNTE) <br />Total HNTE Amount: $15,000.00 (HNTE) <br />3. An amount of $39,000.00 for Alternate Work Elements based on the following: <br />a. Architectural Design $28,000.00 (HNTE) <br />b.
