PART 3 — SCHEDULE <br />A3.01 Professional Design Services <br />A. No work shall begin on the project under this agreement until the Consultant receives a written <br />notice to proceed from the Owner. <br />B. All work by the Engineer under this Agreement shall be completed and delivered to the Owner for <br />review and approval within the following time periods measured in calendar days with the <br />anticipated delivery dates: <br />a. Site Survey 30 days 06/08/18 <br />b. Geotechnical Analysis 45 days 06/23/18 <br />c. Prepare 60% Construction Documents 90 days 08/07/18 <br />d. Submit Permit Applications 100 days 08/17/18 <br />e. Prepare & Submit Final Bid Package 120 days 09/06/18 <br />C. All dates shown are based on a Notice to Proceed received not later than May 9, 2018, <br />A3.02 Construction <br />A. Questions, clarifications or corrections requested by the Owner's construction personnel regarding <br />the interpretation of the Engineer's plans shall be addressed within a reasonable period of time <br />from the Engineer's receipt of the Owner request. <br />B.
