11, Assistance in connection with Bid protests, rebidding, or renegotiating contracts for <br />construction, materials, equipment, or services, except when such assistance is required by <br />Exhibit F. <br />12. Providing construction surveys and staking to enable Contractor to perform its work, and any <br />type of property surveys or related engineering services needed for the transfer of interests <br />in real property, and providing other special field surveys. <br />13. Providing Construction Phase services beyond those described those described in Paragraph <br />A 1.03. <br />14. Providing assistance in responding to the presence of any Constituent of Concern at the Site, <br />in compliance with current Laws and Regulations. <br />15. Overtime work requiring higher than regular rates. <br />20. Other services performed or Ravished by Engineer not otherwise provided for in this <br />Agreement. <br />21. Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) locating and designating information when <br />investigating utility conflicts as may be directed. <br />22. Providing services in connection with a public information meeting or other public forurn or <br />proceeding. <br />25.
