The additional construction administration services are to include: <br />1. Additional site visits and construction meeting requested by the City and the Contractor for <br />input on construction items. <br />2. JPR will provide clarification/interpretations of the Contract Documents if such interpretations <br />are necessary for the proper- execution or progress of work; <br />3. Review and approve, or take other appropriate action and forward to the client for final <br />disposition, the contractor's submittals such as Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples <br />with respect to Contract Documents produced by JPR; <br />b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br />1. Additional Construction Administration (Not to Exceed): $15,000.00 <br />c. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner <br />shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: <br />d.
