($1,000.00)Dollars signed by John Kestler <br />as priniaipal and The Ititle Guaranty & Surety Company as sureties, and was approved <br />by the Board. <br />✓ Mr. Rice presented petition of 1911 for grade, curb and walk on Dayton Street from <br />Miami Street to Marine and Randolph Streets. The same was placed on file. <br />Petition <br />of <br />July <br />9th., for a sewer on Blaine Avenue. A resolution wv;,).s ordered <br />prepared <br />on <br />the <br />same. <br />�Engixe r filed assessment roll and final estimate for sewer connections on Kemble <br />.Avenue from Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under improvement Resolution No. 274. In <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published <br />for six consecutive days in the Soiith Bend Daily News —Times, commencing on the .22nd. <br />day of September 1913 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of <br />such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 10th., day of October 1913 at <br />7:45 P.M. <br />Resolved Further, that the entire work under the above contracts be <br />accepted anal approved and the final estimate thereon. allowed. Albert in regard to debris and <br />dirt on Nineteenth Street. The Clerk was ordered to seat name of Contractor to <br />Miss Albert. - <br />In. the matter of the sewer for East Madison Street from Sunnyside Avenue to Eddy <br />Street. The same was taken up by the Board, but they sustained the recommendations <br />of the City Engineer and deferred all action until 1914. <br />
