The Board approved of, the following. 614 Blaine Avenue. One Central <br />Union Telephone pole stands 6 or 9 feet from the corner of the alley and has a guy <br />wire in the ground. The ground wire should be removed, a,nd : both telephone <br />company's should be jointly on the same pole. The Home Telephone Company stands <br />outside the curb at this same alley. The Home Tel.
