Friday August 22nd. 1913. Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. ,-Rearing given on. improvement resolution no. 289 for grade on 1st alley North of Madison. Street from St. Louis Street to St. Peter Street, ;fin .the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and P remonstrance was filed. The Board decided to defer all action on the same until Friday August the 29th.,1913 at 10:00. A.M. ✓Hearing given on assessment rolland final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Elmer.St. from North line of Michigan. Avenue to North line of Mayr's Addition, under improvement resolution No.194. In the City of South Bend,. Indiana,. In the above matter no remons,.,trators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 29th.2 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board Further find that the assessment roll filed July 29th. 1913 and the final estimate allowed July 29th.,1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confimed and ap- proved s/ Hearing given, on Assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Birdsell Street from the lst. alley south of Fassnacht Avenue.toa point SO ft. north of Linden Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 227. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared bu tno remonstrances were filed. Motion made by Mr. Lambert and seconded by Mr. Niedbalski that the matter be de— ferred until August 27th.21913 at 10:00 A.M. ✓ Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for sewer connections on Brick Avenue from La Porte Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 248: In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 22,191�,_% is benefited in the amount of assesserrAnts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July 22nd. 1913 and the final estimate allowed July 22nd. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved..
