<br />Aearing given on improvement Resolution No. 297 for the grade, curb and walk on Tenth Street
<br />from Wallt Street to G.-T. western Ry. Company, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed,
<br />The Board therefore' find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the
<br />property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement
<br />and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 9th., day of August,1913
<br />and on the 16th.2 day of August 1913 in the South Bend Daily News -Times, stating that this
<br />Board will : receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. an the
<br />22nd. day of August,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
