107 <br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. till members present. <br />✓ A plat was presented to the Board by the Central Union Telephone Company for underground <br />wiring in the City. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation <br />,,Petition filed with the Board for brick pavement -on Milton Aveme from Michigan Street to <br />Witwer Avenue 2 the same was read and referred to the City Engineer for investigation.. <br />In the matter of the hearing on assessment roll and final' estimate on -Grade, curb and walk <br />on Colfax Avenue from Walnut Street to Birdsell Street, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />2034 . The Board deferred all action on same until Friday August. lst„ 1913 at 1000 A.M. <br />,/Partial estimate allowed C. H. Defrees on sub. contract on gradifg and pavement on Prairie <br />Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No.2219 for the amount of .............. .......1,762.21 <br />r Partial estimate allowed C.H.Defrees for brick pavement on Ottowa Court , under Improvement <br />Resolution No 220. for the amount of ............................................. 466.74 <br />/Bond and contract signed by Joseph Szewda as -'principal and We A. Grzesk and Chas. V.Korpal <br />as surety, for grade, curb and walk on Harris Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 259, <br />was approved by the Board. <br />President. <br />
