Miller and Ezekiel Garwood, three dis-interested free- <br />holders Bf the City of South Bend, Indiana, appraisers appointed by the. St. Joseph <br />Circuit Court to reassess the real estate _in said petition deseribed, do report <br />that after having taken an oath before the Clerk of the St. Joseph Circuit Court <br />to faithfully, honestly and impartially discharge the duties required of us, we pro- <br />ceeded forthwith to view the improvement named in said petition, and known as the <br />Trunk sewer in Meade ?Baron and Olive Streets, and real estate described in said <br />petition, in said City. <br />Now, within three days after viewing said improvement and the said real estate, do <br />respectfully report that the assessment complained of, is not excessive. <br />We do therefore, reassess the real estate described in said petition and described b <br />below for said improvement in the sums set opposite each respective tracts as followe <br />t o-wit <br />1.
