<br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr., Lambert absent.
<br />Bids were received ,opened and read for pipe sewer on Eddy Street Parry Street and
<br />✓Francis Street,under Improvement Resolution No. 262 In the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana. The same were referred to the City Engineer for tabulation to be reported
<br />back Friday July 25th..,1913.
<br />/The following petition was received from the Indiana, & Michigan Elec. Company to
<br />set poles
<br />To reset one 40t pole on the first alley west of Smith Street, at the
<br />first alley north of Mishawaka Avenue, also to set one 351 pole on the south side
<br />of the first alley north of Harvey Street about 1501 west of Allen.
<br />The Board approved of the same.
<br />✓ The Board ordered a light placed at corner of St. Louis Street and Ka,lerema Avenue
<br />and one placed at the Corner of Madison Street and Taylor Street.

<br />St. Vincent Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 266. signed by Geo." Headley
<br />as principal and Guy Staples and Walter G. Hildebrand ,as surety, was approved by th
<br />the Board.
<br />-Bond and contract for grade, curb and walk on Logan Street from Cushing Street to
<br />-Scott Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 255.. signed by Geo.,He4dley
<br />as principal and Guy D. Staples and Walter G. H ildebrand as surties was approved
<br />by the Board.
<br />,- Blue prints presented to the Board by the Chicago, South Bend &
<br />Northern Indiana Railway Company, regarding poles on ,LaSalle Avenue. The same

<br />,,Remonstrance received, from property holders on West Ford Street, remonstrancing
<br />- against Pavement on Ford Street from Arnold Street to Olive Street. The same was
<br />placed on file.
<br />,-Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Brick
<br />Avenue from LaPorte Avenge to Michigan Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />208. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be pub-
<br />lished for:six conseett ve .days,.-- n` the South Bend Daily News -Times, a)mmencing on
<br />the 29th.9 day of July,1913 stating that this Board v+d11 give a hearing on he
<br />amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 22nd, day of
<br />July 4913.
<br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract
<br />be accepted and approved andthe final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this
<br />Resolution shall be published on the 28th., day of July4913 in the South Bend
