<br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present,.
<br />✓Bids were received ,opened and read for pavement on Webster Street and Marion Street
<br />and the same were referred to the City Engineer for tabulation.
<br />There being no bids received on the following improvements, the Board ordered the
<br />same re -advertised.
<br />✓ Grad.e, curb and walk on Foster Street, from Howard Street to St. Vincent Street,.
<br />under Improvement Resolution No. 271. The Board resolved that notices be published
<br />on July 19th., and July 2 th.,1913. in the South Bend Daily News -Times stating
<br />that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to
<br />10: 00 A.M. on the 5th. , day of .August,1913. The Board , reserves the right to re je ct
<br />any or all bids.
<br />v/Grade, curb and walk on Linden Avenue from Olive Street to Kerley Street, ubder
<br />Improvement Resolution,No. 270.. The Board resolved that notices be published on
<br />the 19th. , day of July,1913. and on the 26t h. , day of July91913 in the South Bend
<br />Daily News -Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction
<br />of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th. , day of August21913 The Board

<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th., day of August,1913. The Board reserves

<br />and Sancome Avenue from Howard Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 213. In the City of South"Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances
<br />were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll Piled
<br />May 27th.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and
<br />the Board further find that the assessment roll filed May 27th.2, 1913 ad the
<br />final estimate allowed May 27th.,1913 should *be and the same are hereby in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved.
