84 Board met in regular session at ,7:45 P.M. All members present. ✓Hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 275. for Pavement on North Shore Drive from Lafayette Street to East line of Iroquois Street.. In the above :matter no remonstratprs appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 17th., day of July 1913 and on the 24th., day of r7u1y,1913 in the South Bend Daily' News—Times,stating that this Board will receiver lids for the construction of said improvement to to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th., day of Augu.st,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any.or all bids. ✓In the matter of the Widening of Turnock Street from South Bend Avenue to Corby Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 22, The Board having said matter under advisement find tbath the the resolution should be and the same is kereby and in all things rescinded.. ,/.Hearing given.on,Assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Marquette Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under improvement Resolution No. 165. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July llth.,1913 is benefited in the amountof assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth.,1913 and the final estimate allowed July llth.,1913 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 11th. ,1913 is benefited in the amount bR assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessments roll filed July 11. 1913 and the final estimate allowed July 1121913 should be and the same are here— by in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. July 16th.21913. at 10:00 A.M. ✓ Hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Marietta St. from Wenger Street to a point about 100 ft. north of the line of Pennsylvania Ave. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July llth.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth.,19130 and the final estimate allowed July llth.,1913 should be and.the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
