Fries on Various Streets, for the amount of....$41.00 The following communication received, read and referred to the City Attorney. Board of Public Works. South Bend, Indiana. Gentlemen: - You will remember that there was a matter of six months interest still owing us on Three Hundred Dollars which was paid us by the City South Bend for easement through our High Street lumber yards. At the time the Three Hundred Dollars was paid no provision had been made. for the payment of the interest, but Mr. Romig, the City Attorney, assured us that such provision would be made. R. 2 E. awarded to H. N. Banres. Grade, curb and walk on Niles Ave. from Howard Street to St. Vincent Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 266. awarded to George Headley. J Grade, curb and walk on Logan Street from Cushing Street to Scott Street,under Improvement Resolution No. 255. awarded to Geo. Headley. I Pavement on Lindner Street from Michigan Avenue to LaPnrte Avenue under improvement Resolution No. 261. awarded to Hoban & Roach. Grade, curl and walk on Tonti Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 267. The awarding of the same was deferred until. Tuesday July 15th. 21913. Grademcurb and walk on Parkovash Avenue from Lafayette Street to Tecumseh Avenue Under Improvement Resolution No. 265• The awarding of the same was deferred until Tuesday July 15th.,1913. Bids on grade, curb and walk on Corby Street from E. end of Street as platted and laid out in Morey's Add. to Walsh Street, Under Improvement Resolution No. 257, was rejected and ordered readvertised. Therefore be it resolved by the Board, that notices be published in the South Bend Daily News -Times on the 17t h. , day of Vu1y,1913 and on the 24t h. , day of July3,1913 to the effected that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to.10:00 A.M. on the 22fid, day of .,July _ ,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
