<br />from MichigiLn, Avenue to Vassar Avenue The Board having said improvement Resolution
<br />under advisment find that the _-rem6nstrance'_Jinuary 2.9th.,1913 should be sustained
<br />and that the resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things re—
<br />scinded.

<br />that tree benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend , are equal to
<br />the estimated cost of said improvements, and the same are hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved.
