This Board did on the 29tr-,.9 day of Apri1,1913 deem it exp— edient and of public utility to permanently improve Lintner Street between Michigan Avenue and La Porte Avenue,by paving the roadway of the same, and did on said date pass and adopt a resolution authorizing said permanent improvement, and WHEREAS.
