Prairie Avenue from Webster Street to Grant Street, all in said City of South Bendi by construction of pavement and grade, curb and walk and that it is, and Is hereby so de- clared, necessary for the Northern Indiana Gas & Eleetric Company, which has, and operates under, a franchise from said City to supply gas to the citizens of said City, to provide and install mains, laterals, service pipes and connections for gas in .said part of said street, of t. description, location and number set forth in said report of said City Engineer, whit which mains,service pipes and connections are hereby deelared necessary dor the immediate use of said Company in supplying gas to the owners of property upon said part of said Street BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
