TO VIM HONORABLE COUNCIL: Gentlemen:— The Board of Public Works herewith presents its report for the follow— ing Sewer, Gas and Water Connections. BOARD OF PUELEC WORKS. OTTO C. BASTIAN President. RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. On notion duly made and seconded, the following preamble and resolutions were unanimously adopted: WHEREAS. This Board did on the llth., day of `February 1913 deem it expedient and of public utility to permanently improve Prairie Avenue, between Webster Street and Grant Street, by paving the roadway of the same, and did on said date pass and adopt a resolu— tion authorizing said permanent improvements, Rnd. _ WHEREAS. The City Engineer has prepared aid filed with this Board a, report of showing the number a.nd location, as well as the material t o be used and, the manner of laying the same, of the service pipes, mains, conduits, laterals and connections which are, or will be necessary to accommodate the' abutting property owners with gas, water, heat,stean or any other product for which any persori,firm or corporation has been granted a franchise for supplying the citizens of the City of Soutn Bend, Indiana_) which report is as follows: — REPORT REFERRED TO SHOVJING.
