One Street Light on Linden Street at intersection of Grant Street. One Street Light at eerne.r of Madison Street and Francis Street. Bend for excavation for One Thousand ($$1,000.00)Dolla,rs signed by Lawrence E. Albright as prinicipal and The United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co., as sureties was approved by the Board. . This Board did an the llth. day of February,1913 deem it expedient and of pb,blie utility to permanently improve COLLEGE STREET,between WASHINGTON AVENUE and !IICHIGAN AVENUE, by paving the roadway of the same, and did on said date pass and adapt a resolution authorizing said permanent improvement, and WHEREAS.
