OF ViIEIGIITS & MEASURES <br />City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the weekly reports of City Sealer Burns for the weeks <br />ending Oct 1st and Oct. 8th.; also monthly report for tae month of September . <br />be accepted and ordered placed on file. <br />POLICE DEPT. <br />Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid. <br />Motion prevailed that the application of Joseph A. Wroblewski be accepted and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prevailed that the Official Bond of Officer Sylvester Zell nameing <br />Officer Sylvester Zell, Olen 'A. Clark, and Max Adler as suety be accep *ed- <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />Motion prevailed that a one car length loading zone be established in front <br />5 of Dr. Hagers Building at.111 N. LaFatette Blvd. <br />Chief Hatt reported that he found traffic conditions much releived at the <br />intersections of California &Blaine Ave. and at Linden Ave. & Brvokf.ield <br />St.,since the completion of the pavement on Lincoln gay West. <br />Chief Hatt reported that at this time nothing could be done about the Brayton <br />Transfer Co. petition. <br />Motion prevailed that this petition be tabled. <br />,A,wrtten report of the incident in which Officer Ellis shot Mrs Rudys dog <br />-on S.
