And be -it Further resolved, that It is contemplated by this Board to improve Kemmb?a Avenue fromm:Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue; all in said.City of South Bead, by construction of a briek pigem►ent, and that it is, and is hereby so declared, necessary for the Norther. Indiana Gas & Electric Commpany$ which has, and operates under a franchise from' said ' City to supply gas to the - citizens of said City, to provide and install mains, laterals, service pipes and eeximm~atioxs for gas in said part of said street, of the description, location and number set forth in said report of said City. &igineer, which mains service pipes and e®nneetioxs are hereby declared necessary -for the ixmmediate use of said Company in supplying gas to the owners of property abuttig upon said part of said street.
