a 21 Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M.All members present. Declaratory hearing given ok Improvement Resolution, No. 251 for Pavement From Sample Street to Broadway Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. on High Street In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstran.ees were tiled. The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are. equal to the estimated cost of said improve— ments and the same are hereby in & 11 things ratified, eonfirmed and approved. Resolved, that notices be published on the 28th., day of May,1913 and on the 4th.9 day of Jun.e21913 in the South Bend, Daily Times,, stating thiat this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 20th.9 day of June, 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 249 for Pavement on. Dunham Street from Harris Street to Arnold Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved, that notices be published on the 29th., day of May21913 and on tux 4th., day of June,1913 in the South Bend, Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 20hh„ day of June, 1913. See of the Southline of Division Street, In. the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby in all things ratified, eonfirmed and ap— proved. In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but . xo remonstrances were. filed. The Board after clue consideration decided to deferr all action on the same until Friday June 27th,1913 at 7:45 P.M.
