x --Friday May 9th«, 1913. Board met in regular session. At 10:00 A.M, Mr. Lambert absent. Mr. Dixon, of the Firm of. Dixon and Looker, appeared before the Board In regard to a switch`on. Mishawaka Aeanuaj,_ The same was made special --business for Tuesday ,May `l3th.., 1913. at 10:00 A.M. ,i ',Petition was fled with the Board for pavement 'on. Webster Street from ,Sample Street ©uuh. The same was read -and was referred to the City Engineer for investigation.. Petition filed -with the Board for Macadam Pavement Pavement on North Shore. Drive,rom Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation* j^Petition for —Macadam Pavement On Lafayette Street from <North .Shore Drive to Toxti- Avenue was filed with the Board and read. The same was referred to the City ',Engineer for invest#— gation. The Board after due. consideration agreed to pay the aforesaid con— tractors in consideration of the removal of trees at the rate of One ($1.00)Dollar a- piece -over and above the contract priee under Improvement Resolution No. 1960- In. the City.' of South Behr:,, Indiana. Bond and contract for Grade, curb Lnd walk on Various Streets, under Improvement Resolution No. 242, was sigxed by Wm. H. Fries and Guy D. Staples and John Beyer, was approved by the Board. i/Communieation received from Dean. G. H Benjamin -of Purdue University, asking the Board to reedagnize his bill for services as an expert on Municipal Franehises. The same was approved by the Board to the amount of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars.
