Obenchain with Walter Dennis representing the New Jersey <br />Indiana; & Illinois Railway Company appeared before the Board and filed proofs of <br />pubiioations of. resolution set for a hearing this 9th. day of 'November 192-3 from <br />the News Times and Suth Bend Tribune, also XxtrafteEft affidavit signed by Gilson <br />Miltenberger showing posting of notiess in ten different, p1a.ces in said City in <br />re said hearing. Affidavit of posting, proofs from News Times and Tribune <br />are heresy examined by the Board and approved. <br />In the matter of th"e petition of the New Jersey, Indian% & <br />Illinois Railroad Company for 'permission to construct, maintain and operate <br />additional tracks acros-s Kaley Street in the City of'South Bend. <br />RESOLUTION. <br />Resolved, that this Board does now ratified and confirm the <br />above and foregoing resol%tion and that the same be certified to the common <br />Council of the City of South Bend,_ Ad that -it be and it is hereby recommended <br />that said Common Council pass an ordinance confirming said contract in the <br />form as shown on pages 6S0 and 601 of this record. <br />' L.
