Contract with J. A. Barnss for grads, ourb and walk on Fellows St. <br />from Ewing Avenue to Altgddt Street, as provided in improventant Resiution No. <br />1256 adopted August 29th:, 1923 signed and construction bold attached thereto <br />in the sum of $204.00:with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company as <br />sureties, approved. Contract and 'bond ordered filed. <br />Wednesday Sept. 26th.9 1923, <br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. <br />Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimates is <br />follows: <br />- <br />pavement on Main Street from Washington Avenue to Jefferson <br />F, Street under Improvement Resolution No, 1131 Filed September 5th., 1923. <br />Pavement on Poland Street from Webster Street to Walnut St. <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 1030 Filed Sept. 4th.; 1923. <br />Asphaltic concrete pavement on Eckman Street from Michigan St. <br />to Fellows Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 113.3 Filed Sept. 18th., 1923. <br />Asphaltic concrete pavement on Fassnacht Avenue frm Walnut St. <br />to Johnson Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1032. Filed Sept. 12th.91923. <br />Resurfacing with sheet asphalt pavement on Colfax Avenue from <br />Michigan Street to Lafayette Blvd. under Improvement Resolution No. 1132 Filed <br />-Sept. 12,1923. Continued. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that, the property assessed <br />in .said rollafled on Sept. 4Lh.9 5th. 12th. and 18th., 1923 dre benefited in <br />the amounts as shown on said roils, and the Bard further find, that the <br />assessments rolls filed Sept. 4 th., 5th.9 12th. and 18th., 1923 and the final V" <br />estimates allowed Sept. 4,5th.12th.9 and 18th., 1923 should be and the same are <br />hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Deferred hearing had on Improvement Revolution No. V249 for <br />grade, curb and mlk on Esther Str#&t from Jefferson Blvd. to 1(aKinley Avenue, <br />Proporty owners appeared by representatives abd remonstrated <br />but no further written remonstrance was filed. Adter hearing, the Board decided <br />that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are <br />equal to the a timeted cost of the: same, and the Board therefore now confirms <br />the said resolution. Date for receiving, opening and considering sealed proposab <br />fori the construction of said SuMmx ,grade, curb and walk is fixed as the 23rd. <br />date of October 1923 at 10:00 A.M. and notice.thereof ordered published as provid <br />provided by law. <br />
