The Board hherefore. find that the property assessed in <br />said rolls filed August, 28th.., 29th., and Sept. 4th.-, 1923 are benefitted in the <br />amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment <br />rolls filed Aug 28th., 29th., and Sept. 4 th., 1923 and the final estimates allowed <br />August 28th.9 29th.9 and Sept.4th., 1923 should be and the same are hereby in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing had on assessment'roll and final estimate for pavement <br />on Poland Street . <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and objected to <br />defective pavement. Atty. G. A. <br />Parabaugh present representing Clem. Studebaker and written remonstrance filed, <br />Hearing deferred to Sept. 26th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Atty. Montgomery present representing L. G. Paiiter Company. <br />Property owners appeared requesting that a sewer be built <br />on Calvert Street from Kline Street to -drnsberger Street. Engineer advised that <br />a trunk sewer will have to be built for an outlet. Clerk instructed to notify <br />the Street Commissioner to investigate the condition of Calvert Street, and see <br />whit can be done. <br />Chas. A. Cole with H. A. Wood appeared in regard to water wains <br />In Woodlawn Additiop also extending the Marquette Avenue server in Marquette, <br />Park and about local sewers on streets in Woodlawn Additioa. <br />Clerk instructed to Aotify George Witwer that condemnation <br />Res, No. 78 is sit for hearing under dote of Oct. 3rd., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. and same <br />will be definitely decided at this t%e. <br />
