All members present. <br />z Hearing had on the following assessment rolls: - <br />Walk and grade on south side of keller Street,from Portage <br />Avenue to west line of Morris Park., under Impro vement Resolution'No. 1187. <br />Filed August 22nd., 1923. <br />Pipe sewer on William Street from Indiana Avenue to Calvert <br />Street under*Improvement Resolution No. 1055. Filed August.21st,, 1923, <br />Mexican Asphaltic concrete pavement'on Marine Street from Dayton <br />Street to Calvert Streets under Improvement Resolution No. 1060. Filed August 21,1923. <br />Mexican asphaltic concrete' pavement on Mariw..Street from Indiana <br />Avenue to Dayton Street, under Improvement Resolution No. UW. Fined August Plat., <br />1923. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance.was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said <br />roll filed. August 21st,, and August,22nd., 1923 dre benefits in the amounts as sham <br />on said roils, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed August 219t, <br />and Auust 22nd., 1923 and the final estimate allowed August 21st., and August 22nd., 19 <br />1923 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing had on improvement Resolutions for grade, curb and walk <br />on Esther Stree.i and Washington Avenue under Improvement Resolution Nos. 1249 and. <br />1250. <br />In the above matter remonstrators appeared and hearing continued <br />to,Wednesdgy Sept,, 19th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M. <br />John Tasher requested permission to put in sidewalk in front of. <br />his property on south Michigan Street in same line with sidewalk already in north <br />and same to be a five foot walk instead of six foot walk, Board agreed to investigate <br />same, no action taken. <br />Notice ordered.sent to Lontz Borthers on South Michigan Street <br />and Lhe United States Eleo. Co. on Lincoln Way West to remove pumps not complied <br />with andsame ordered referred to the City Attorney with request that a letter be sent <br />to i,ontz"Borthern and United States Elec. Co. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. for condemning of land <br />for Street Deptj use deferred until Tuesday Sept. 18th., 1923 at 10:00 A.M. <br />Contract and bond signed by John G. Roper and Elsa M. Roper as <br />principal and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as sureties appmved for <br />the. grading and closing of Grant Street while gravel is being excavated.)
