<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1251.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is.deemed necessary to improve The North
<br />side of Oakside Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street as follows, to -wit: --
<br />Cement sidewalk and curb shall be constructed- onthe north siege of
<br />Eakside Street from Michigan.Street to Fellows Street, all as is mpre particularly shown
<br />and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on
<br />file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
