Wednesda Hearing had.ea resolution for pipe sewer on Sorin Street from Walsh Street totheeast line. of Park*Place 2nd. Addition, under Improvement Resolution No. 1246. No properly owners appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. Date for rocs ving, opening and considering sealed proposals is fixed .as Sept* .25th., 1923 at 10 00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered published as provided by law.
