<br />St,. Joseph County, ate of indiana,:that it is deemed necessary to impirove
<br />Cbfax Avenue from Greenlawn Avenue to the east line of Sunnyside Manor as Follows,

<br />Said avenue -shall be,graded.from property line to property line to
<br />the 'established grade, and cement sidewalk and Dement curb shall be enstruc'ted
<br />along both sides of said avenue, all as is more partio arly shown and all in
<br />accordance with the plans, profiles,, detail drawings an file in the office df the
<br />Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
