<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of south Bendp,
<br />St. JosePJ County_, State of Indiana, That .it is deemed necessary to improve Washington
<br />Avenue from the east line of Sunnyside Manor to Esther Street as follows, towit:�
<br />Said avenue shall be graded from property line t,o -property line to --the
<br />stablishei grade, and cement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed along both
