E. H. Metz and Dr. Boras appeared for said Improve - sent. The: Board being fully adv ised in the premisoa dec idea •that the bane fits to property lisidble to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the samme, as f"�eported by the City Civil, Bngi;teer, and th1*' -- t�tpost taken final action oa said resolution as originally adopted and the sa hereby 14 all thugs rat if ied, coatf irsed and approved. Resolved further that scot ices be published oat the 18th. day Auggust 1924 and on the 25th. day of August 1924 in the South Bend News Times aitd Nr ibuste in said City, newspapers of general c irculat ion 1st said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construct ion of said improvement - up to 10: 00 A.M. Tuesday September 4th., 1923. The Beard reserves the right to reject any and all b ids. Hearing had an improvement Resolution 10. 1241 for the grade, curb and walk on Randolph Street frost Careiine Street to first alley west of Robinson Street, in the: City of South Bend, Indiana.
