The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to the property `Babel to be assessed For said x imprOyament are equal to. the estimated cost -vf the same as -reported by -the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said rolilution as eriginaliy adopted and the same is hereby in all things ratified, eonfirmd and approved.
