<br />Bead, St.,Jo.soph Couxty,-St*to of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed heseass
<br />neses-sary«to improve Lafayette Boulevard from La Sail* Avenue to Jefferson Blvd.
<br />as Follows,
<br />Said Boulevard shall be graded and the roadway thereof
<br />shall be widened to,a width of 5* feet; and paved, also the roadways of certain
<br />portions of the streets and alloys which enter or intersect said boulevard shall
<br />be graded and paved The paving material t®.be used in' making said improvement
<br />shall be sheet asphalt, bil�ulithiao. a¢ohaltie concrete or brick, and the feuds-
<br />tiox shall be portlaKd cement eonerete six (6) inches thick for the sheet
<br />asphalt* bitulit►hie, asphaltic concrete and brick, also cement curb shall be
<br />constructed along said boulevard where same is necessary and not already con-
