<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana that is id desired and deemed necessary
<br />to imProve Riley Place from St. JoseP4 Street tothe first alley west of Riverside
<br />Drive as follows, to wit: -
<br />Said Riley Place shall be graded and the roadway thereof
<br />shall be Paved; also the roadway of certain Portions of the streets and alleys which
<br />nter or intersect said Riley Place shall be graded and Paved. The materials to be
<br />used in making, said imProvements shall be sheet asPhalt, bitulithic, asphaltic con-
<br />crete, brick or Portland cement concrete: seven (7) inches tlikk, and the foundation
<br />shall be Portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asPhalt, bituli.thii
<br />asPhaltie concrete or brick or rolled gravel six (6) inches thick for the brick,
<br />storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed whrre necessary, all storm water
<br />inlets and manhole toes sh%11 be set tothe ProPer grade; cement marginal curb shall be
<br />constructed at all street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more
