Tuesday July 31st.9 1923. Continued, <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of lst. alley <br />East of St. Joseph Street from Monroe Street to Bronson Street ,with asphalt, <br />asha ,ic concrete, bitulithip,_ cue,rote. or brick, in pursuance is Resolution. <br />No. this Board finds that no petition has been filed with said Board by a <br />majority in number of the resident freeholders residing on said street to be <br />improvedi requesting that it be.improved with a different kind of pavement <br />than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board„ in its preliminary order;.and <br />the City Engineer reports that H.N. Barnes is the lowed, and best bidder <br />for the kind of .pavements oretofore adopted by, the Board and the Board <br />hereby lebb the contract for said improvement to him and orders that.said <br />improvement be made with enerete and all proceedings heretefere.had in this <br />matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />L.
