Tuesday July 31st.9 1923. Continued, Concerning the improvement of the roadway of lst. alley East of St. Joseph Street from Monroe Street to Bronson Street ,with asphalt, asha ,ic concrete, bitulithip,_ cue,rote. or brick, in pursuance is Resolution. No. this Board finds that no petition has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the resident freeholders residing on said street to be improvedi requesting that it be.improved with a different kind of pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board„ in its preliminary order;.and the City Engineer reports that H.N. Barnes is the lowed, and best bidder for the kind of .pavements oretofore adopted by, the Board and the Board hereby lebb the contract for said improvement to him and orders that.said improvement be made with enerete and all proceedings heretefere.had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified.
