Tuesda 1 The city engineer submitted the list of property owners in the matter of the appre riati€an of certain property°under Condemnation Resolution No. 75 Of the Opening of 0 Brien Street, from Mayr s- Michigan _Ave, Addition to Elwood Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indians. Which list inetes• *Lhe° names, of the -owners and holders of property and of interests therein sought to be taken or beneficially or injuriously aff3eted; and the description of the several pieces ofmpreperty which is affected by the said proceedings, - Thereupon the Board proceeded toaward the damages sustained, and to assess the benefits scouring to each piece of property upon said list. It was thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimous- ly adopted, resolved that,said list, together with the amounts of benefits and damages and netbehefits and net damages therein set forth as to the several parcels of land be adopted and the respective amount of benefits contained in said list be and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of land as specifically 'set forth in said lists, and shot the respective amounts of damages contained in the said list be and are he eby awarded to the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the bnet benefits or net damages, as the case may be as to the respestiv tracts of land, contained, in said list, are hereby awarded_ob assessed, as the easo may be as to the said several tracts of land. . The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other wheberx both benefits and damages are assessed, gainst the same piece of property tract of land or interest, and hereby fixes said respective net heneafits as the &Mount that shall be paid by the respeetve owners as benefits, ---and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tracts as damages, 111ere-upobt open motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopts bhe '24th.:dayY4f .Oetober<)�-j23at7:15 P.
