<br />Be it known that no house shall b built, closer than
<br />,. twenty five feet, (25') to the street line on the North
<br />sine of Roosevelt Street, the South side of Beale Street,
<br />and the North side of Bryan Street.
<br />Be it knom that no building shall be built except a garage
<br />on any.lot which shall cost less than Twenty five hundred
<br />($29500.00) Dollars,
<br />Be it also known that the side lot, premises shall be in
<br />conformity with the City Plan Commission's rules and re-
<br />gulations as provided for in theCity Ordinance.

<br />The following resolutians were adopted by the Board.
<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1240.
<br />Be it Resolved by'the Beard of Public Works of the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to improve the alley north of La Monte Terrace from Park Avenue to Forrest Avenue as
<br />follows, topwit:-
<br />Said alley shall be graded and th roadway thereof shell be
<br />paved; and also the readwau of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter
<br />or intersect said alley shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in
<br />making said improvement shall be Sheet asphalt, bitulithic, asphaltic concrete, brick
<br />or Portland cement concrete pavement seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation shall be
<br />portland cement enerete six (15) inches thick for the Sheet asphalt, bitulithict
<br />asphaltic concrete and brick ., .ar .rolled gravel six (6) inches thick fir the ,brick,
<br />storm water inlets and cnduits.shall be constructed where necessary, all storm water
<br />inlets and manhole tops shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections
<br />where necessary , all as;.is more particpla-ly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawing s and specifications on file in the office of the.Department
<br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
