-A strip of.land•twenty (20) feet in width north and south, abutting -on the south line of Sample Street, beginning at the East line of Prairie Avenue and extending easterly along -Sample Street to the East line of its.property, the sate being one hundred `twelve and one -:half (112�) -feet w6#6 of the *ist; line of Franklin Street; provided hpweve,r, that as it now has certain construction and buildings upon said strip which it is now -using in its business,.it is understood said constructions and nbuitldings shall note be removed for a period of two (2) years: from this date, at which time the same shall be removed and said strip shall be made usable for public use as part of the said Sample Street. 3.
