<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, Sta,6e of Indiana. That the construction of a local sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains,
<br />be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Howard Street from South Bend Avenue
<br />to the east City limits, as follows, topwit:-
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the
<br />center line of South Bend Avenue and Howard Street, thence east along the center
<br />line of Howard Street to the center line of Talbot Avenue with an 18 inch vitrified
