Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the construction of three office buildings,located at the intersection of Sample Street and Franklin Street, South Bend. The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total cost for the construction is estimated at $3,000,000 over a four year period. The project meets the qualifications for an eight-year real property tax abatement and a representative from Franklin Street Technology Park,LLC will be available to meet with the Committee on Monday,April 23, 2018.
