Glenn Williams: Glenn is a lifetime resident of South Bend, IN and graduated from <br />ServiceMaster University Business Services Academy in Memphis, TN in December 2011. <br />He brings with him over 32 years of management and leadership experience from the <br />Laborers International Union of North America Local 645 where he retired as Business <br />Manager/Secretary Treasurer in 2009. He holds an Associate Degree from <br />Southwestern Michigan College. Glenn is past national President of LIUNA African <br />American Caucus, past President of the Michiana African American Chamber of <br />Commerce, a member of the Martin Luther King Senior Men's group and an Associate <br />Minister at his local church. Glenn is involved in many civic and community <br />organizations. <br />Ida Mincy-Williams: Ida was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and became a <br />ServiceMaster franchise owner in October of 2011. She graduated from the <br />ServiceMaster University Business Services Academy in Memphis, TN in December 2011. <br />She retired from AM General Corporation in November 2013 bringing with her 30 years <br />of business organizational leadership experience in the areas of Quality Control, <br />Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing. <br />She served as past President and member of the board of the River Bend Chapter IAAP <br />(International Association of Administrative Professionals) for four years. She is one of <br />the founding members of the former mentoring organization Ladies of Distinction, and <br />was very instrumental in the reorganization of the South Bend Chapter of Indiana Black <br />Expo. She is involved in many civic and community organizations and is very active in her <br />local church. <br />Ida holds a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University South Bend and is a graduate of <br />Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka Class 28. <br />-3 <br />
