Lafayette <br />Jeff, <br />Regarding your 90 occupancy request - your permit WILL expire at 90 days and I can no longer <br />renew it. I suggest you begin now to make a request through the Board for extended occupancy <br />beyond 90 days. You certainly have the option to complete your work early and vacate the site, <br />however if you have any delays, weather, etc. and go beyond you WILL need to vacate the work <br />site until you have Board approval - which could take weeks depending on the meeting schedule. <br />In order to make a request through the Board, write a letter on cornpany letterhead with your request <br />for extended occupancy beyond 90 days, include your traffic control/barricading map and submit <br />this to the Clerk of fhe Board (Linda Martin).
