<br />curb and concrete wall on Edgwater Drive and Harper Court from Arch Avenue to

<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed
<br />in said roll filed 1923 is benefited in the amounts as shown
<br />on said roll, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed
<br />1923 and the final estimate allowed 1923 should
