June 19,1923- TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF PUBLBC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SUTH BEND, INDIANA. Gentlemen:— We, the undersigned property owners, petition your honorable Body to improve:— North Shore Drive from Iroquois St. to-Parkovash Avenue. Marquette Ave. from Irrquois St. to Parkovash Avenue. w f Parkovash Avenue' From Iroquois Street to Norm Shore Drive by con- s ticting sewers in and alo4g the above .streets. AND WHEREAS,- we the undersigned are the only persons owing property on the said street to be improved, and that we are alone affected in any way by said proposed improvenis. That we are the j sale o wn�rs of the sep gate parcels of land bordering, upon said street proposed .to 'be iproved. ,I THEREFORE, in consideration that said Board of Public Works proceed to improve said street known as North Shore Drive from Iroquois Steet to Parkovash Avernm�e Marquette Avenue from Iroquois Str��i, to Parkovash Avenue ��,� -• •.,ems ,- o arh;,Shar Drive. fr. and for the further purpose of saving time and expense, we the undersigned, do hereby as proposed in said resolution, a w iive all objections on and- in defense to any defect in said proceedings, and to any violation fu her in procedure a vde ranyr right to struction of sewers as fixed by Section 8722 of Burn's Revised Statutes of 1914..: W ob'ect to the form of said resolution.
