Kovach and Joseph Kish, Jr. <br />interested as owners of E. 68 ft. of lot 6 and 11 in Kembie's Additdon to the Town of My <br />Myler to the City of South Bend, has been awarded damages in excess of benefits assessed <br />in the sum of Fifteen hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars 3633,00 by assessment and $867:00 by <br />Court order # 7672 on>acconnt of the condemnation of land for the relocation of Catalpa <br />Avenue and Chapin Street adopted by the Board of Public Works on the llth. day of <br />October 1922 and recorded in Record No. 10 Page 499. <br />
