The real estate represented on the above and foregoing map, comprises lots 64,65 and 66 as shown on the fecorded Pleat of Cobb's Sub -Division of bank out lots number thirty (30) of the first plat of out lots of the town, now City, of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, and is hereby platted under Vile name of Ralph C. OSborne's Replat. The street is dedicated as Osborne's Place, and is thirty and thirty four'hundreths feet (30.34') wide, East and West and extends to the South from the South, line of La Salle Avenue ,one hundred fifty eight (158) feet, all of which is hereby dedicated to the public.
