Replat of lot 61,65.66 C?bb's Sy27 i.,Di� <br />of Bank Out Lot 30 approved by thc- City Planf.ing Commission un erdate o June sue., 923 <br />was approved by this Board with t}i- foliorving dedication. <br />DED_I CATI ON. <br />The real estate represented on the above and foregoing map, comprises <br />lots 64,65 and 66 as shown on the fecorded Pleat of Cobb's Sub -Division of bank out <br />lots number thirty (30) of the first plat of out lots of the town, now City, of South <br />Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, and is hereby platted under Vile name of <br />Ralph C. OSborne's Replat. <br />The street is dedicated as Osborne's Place, and is thirty and thirty <br />four'hundreths feet (30.34') wide, East and West and extends to the South from the South, <br />line of La Salle Avenue ,one hundred fifty eight (158) feet, all of which is hereby <br />dedicated to the public. Same read and placed on file. <br />City Engineer Anderson took up with the Board the matter of <br />Moore and Cole having clause in waiver and petition for sewers on North Shore Drive <br />and other streets approved by the Board Tuesday June 1991923 for taking care of engine3 <br />ing work on said sewers. Board ordered thdsorder of June 19th., 1923 in regard to <br />resolution being prepared rescinded this 26,h, day of June 1923 and -Moore and Cole <br />to be notified to eliminate sa-id clause -from waiver before resolution gill'he adopted. <br />
